Summer Camp USA has some of the lowest program fee's on the market! IEP offers a discounted fee if you apply before December 31st 2011 - so apply now and save! Once you pay the application fee it indicates that you are committed to participating on the Summer Camp USA program and we can then start to work on get to work on getting you placed at a camp in America.

- Application is then sent to our US office for placement at a Summer Camp

Program Fee: $395
US Visa Fee
USA Visa Fee: $US140
The U.S. Consulates charge a visa fee for processing your J-1 visa application. This will be paid directly to the US Embassy and is subject to change by the Auckland US Consulate at any time.
SEVIS Fee: $US35
Insurance
As part of working in the USA as a Summer Camp Counsellor US immigration law requires you to have comprehensive travel insurance by an approved travel insurer for the duration of the visa. A condition of our Summer Camp USA program is that all participants must hold the IEP travel insurance. Details of the IEP travel insurance policy will be sent to you after your application has been received or contact IEP at 0800 443 769 for more details.
Insurance - 3 month Policy: $500
Proof of Funds
To be allowed to enter the USA on the J-1 visa for Summer Camp you must show proof of funds of $US600.
Proof of funds is a required amount of savings you will need to support yourself upon arrival.
Flights
As part of our Summer Camp USA program we require you book your flights to the USA with our in-house STA Travel agent.
