SEVIS Fee: $US35

Proof of Funds

To be allowed to enter USA on a 4 month J-1 visa you must show a proof of funds of $US600 if you arrive with a job offer and $US1,000 without a job offer.

Insurance

US immigration law requires those travelling on a J-1 visa have comprehensive travel insurance by an approved travel insurer for the duration of the visa. As part of our Work USA program it is mandatory that participants get Travelsure travel insurance through us. Contact us to find out about insurance options and fees.
